Hi, I’m Nass.

My approach to counselling is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I understand that life can bring unexpected challenges moments that ask us to rebuild, rediscover who we are, and find steadiness again. My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves in ways that feel supportive, empowering, and meaningful.

Growing up, I often found myself carrying responsibility beyond my years and becoming someone, others relied on when life felt uncertain. These experiences helped me develop a strong sense of empathy and insight into how our relationships, environments, and early experiences influence the way we relate to ourselves and others.

My own journey began with significant change early in life. I migrated to Australia as a child from Iran, an experience that gave me an early understanding of identity, belonging, and adaptation. Experiencing grief at a young age further shaped how I see people and deepened my appreciation for how important it is to feel supported during difficult times. Over the years, I’ve navigated the complexities of relationships, and balanced the demands of a full-time career, running businesses, experiences that give me insight into the challenges of juggling life, managing stress, and finding clarity and strength amidst it all.

Like many of the people I work with, I have personally navigated anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, and significant life transitions. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel and how healing and growth are possible with the right support. This realisation is what ultimately led me to pursue counselling qualifications, with the intention of helping others feel supported as they find their way forward.

Today, I bring together professional knowledge, life experience, and genuine care to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and take steps forward that feel realistic, empowering, and aligned with your life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can simply begin wherever you are.
